CERTIFICATION in Women's Ministry

A Certification in Women’s Ministry is designed for those seeking to develop and improve their teaching methods and techniques, to develop and administer a Women’s Ministry program within their local church, or to be better prepared to work with volunteers and staff in their church’s Women’s Ministry. By completing six (6) courses, you will not only complete the certification, but also earn undergraduate credit hours.

ASSOCIATE OF BIBLE - Emphasis: Women's Ministry

Description
A two-year program designed to prepare persons to minister and teach in church Bible programs.  The focus is on theological and practical training for women who desire to deepen their knowledge of God and His Word and demonstrate a working knowledge of women’s ministry practices.  The requirements of this program serve also as the first two years of the Bachelor of English Bible – Major:  Women’s Ministry.

Program Outcomes
Students completing this course of study will exemplify the following understanding and skills:

  1. Identify foundational knowledge and skills for effective women’s ministry.
  2. Demonstrate a working knowledge of women’s ministry practices.
  3. Know, understand, and apply fundamental principles, a biblical worldview, and application of Scripture while ministering to people.

BACHELOR OF ENGLISH BIBLE - Major: Women's Ministry (Launching Fall 2025)

Description
A four-year program designed to meet the requirements of a person to participate, volunteer or be hired to teach and direct a Women’s Ministry program in a local church.  The focus is on training and education to expound on practical ministry skills and expand their spiritual life.  Students will be equipped with an understanding of Biblical principles, concepts, and techniques for women’s ministry meeting servant leadership needs wherever they exist, especially in the local church.

Program Outcomes
Students completing this course of study will exemplify the following understanding and skills:

  1. Identify foundational knowledge and skills for effective women’s ministry.
  2. Demonstrate a working knowledge of women’s ministry practices.
