Texas Baptist Institute & Seminary holds candidate status with the Association for Biblical Higher Education. Candidate status is a pre-accreditation status granted to institutions meeting the ABHE Conditions of Eligibility and possessing qualities for achieving accreditation status within five years.

The school is a member of and associates with the American Baptist Association of Theological Schools and cooperates in various programs to encourage quality Christian education.

Texas Baptist has received approval or an official exemption to offer online courses in the states listed below. If you are interested in taking courses, but your state is not listed, contact our office.

The Council makes no evaluation of the administration, faculty, business practices, financial condition or quality of the offerings by this institution.
